2009 Indulgence Food Paradise~Vol. 2

Once a week, on every Friday after a whole week of hard works, I'll treat myself a nice meal as a reward for myself n I make it as an encouragement sometimes~hehe... Me n my frens will have done our food research online prior heading to our so called "Food Paradise" XD . So, which restaurant or cafe will be chosen by us ???? Even though we have gone through comments, rates n food blogs....we still came across some dishes that are out of our expectations or same as those rates n comments...WoW!!! I can say we probably may become expert in one day~ I guess my fren is more expertise....Who know can earn extra pocket $ just by eating in the future~hihihi!!! Below are the RECOMMENDED foods *thumbs up* that we have tried in 2009 (merely a summarise of our food explore in KL n Selangor areas):

Banana leaf rice opposite Bangsar village shopping centre...Chicken Masala, Nasi beriani.....DELICIOUS!!! around 10 bugs...worth it...

Bangkok Evening at the new wing of One Utama. Green curry~this is delicious~ Ang Ang kept drinking tis curry after finished d chickens....Yummy !

This plate of spicy noodles made my friend's lips looked like double sausages. Seriously serious HOT!

Pavilion, near food court at LG >> MOF Japanese Sweets & Coffee> Japanese Black Sesame Ice-cream

MACHA IMO = nice combination of cold n hot~vanilla ice-cream served with green tea topping n hot tapioca

Italiannies~ branch in The Garden. ~Peachlifter~1 of the smoothies

Sicilian Pizza is stuffed with anchovies, black olives, mozzarella cheese and topped with sautéed onions and pomodoro sauce.

~Hot Chocolate~

Lasagna A La Ravina~Layers of lasagna pasta, meat sauce and marinara with mozzarella cheese.

Parmesan Crusted Fish~Oven-baked fish filet, served over fried zucchini and red onion strings with white capers sauce

Nando's 1/4 chicken with sidelines (peri chips & peri bean salad)~Sunway Pyramid

Fish Market~ The Manhattan at the Sunway Pyramid. Flaming combo set comes in a large portion with the fresh and delicious fish.

This is the way how they prepare the Flaming dish in front of costumers.

Korean delicacy>> DaoRea Korean BBQ Restaurant in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.

Main dish is the BBQ chicken while all the side dishes can be 'refill' without extra charge if u wish to...

Bangsar Village, 1st flr~ The Marmalade Cafe~

Carrot cake~taste nice...like homemake...bigger slice than secret recipe n rich of ingredients~Recommended

Mushroom Pesto if not mistaken....kinda extraordinary dish~taste a bit like mushroom soup but there is a kinda vege inside(unkown)~if ppl not use 2eat tat kinda vege, better dun order...but can have a try...

For salad lover>> Avocado Accent~ Healthy salad ~ Chief recomended...but big portion.

Smoke Salmon Quiche....(eggs, cheese, ham.....) Nice stomach warmer...Recommended!

blueberry yogurt, tiramisu, oreo cheesecake, banana cake.........

:: Bumbu Bali::

Location> 18, Jln. Persiaran Puteri 1, Bandar Puteri, Puchong. (turn right at the traffic light junction in front of Tesco)

Menu= Balinese, Malaysian and Western

Chicken n' lamb BBQ combo serve with garlic mashed potatoes, apple sesame coleslaw n' roasted garlic pepper gravy~nice one with pepper not too hot, like d garlic mashed potatoes so much...

Lemongrass Mojito~
Menim Mojito topped with soda,Calamanei, garnished with Mint leaf and stick of Lemongrass

Can have a try if u can stand for the smell or taste of Mint leaf... Not bad n this is really a special beverage....

Pulut Hitam~Aunthentic Balinese Flavor

Satay Lilit~
Balinese mixed seafood satay on Lemongrass skewer, served witj sambal Matah n sambal Tera...
