::ClayPot Chicken Rice::

A visit to Restaurant Makanan Mr. Claypot/ Teochew which situated at Tmn. Desa Aman, Cheras near Yulek garden made me satisfied of the meal of the day. This was actually our second times trying ClayPot Chicken Rice in our surrounding area, Cheras, KL. Before this, my friends and I have been disappointed to ClayPot Chicken rice which is recommended by "HoChiak" n bloggers somewhere around Connaught garden. Fortunately, at last, we are satisfied with what we have for 2day and the standard of this ClayPot Chicken Rice can be compared with what we have in our hometown.

This is where they prepare their side dishes like stewed eggs, braised taufu, ham choi.....Plain porridge are available as well.... Their cleanliness is up to standard.


Even Hong Kong's God of Food (食神）visited there before.....

This is where they prepare those ClayPot Chicken Rice which made up of Chinese sausages, salted fish, chicken n etc....


They are famous with their stewed duck, pork intestine.....
This restaurant can be my historical place because I finally tried out pork intestine here which is my first try on food made up of pork organs after being "counseled" by my friends....Hahaha!!! ~not bad....


Pork intestines ~ elastic texture, dont have the smelly pork odour which could have make me fade up to eat pork....hihi...

Famous TeoChew stewed duck~


ClayPot Chicken Rice ~ Smell n taste Good ! esp. when you eat together with the salted fish....The rice was cooked exactly in the standard level, not too wet and not too dry.....
