Do U Have Enough Sleep ?

Accidentally came across this article while going through fb. Hmmm...... Sleep is important, I agree! Does it really affect our longevity of life as being a human beings.....? Not sure but i have simply flipped through an article where lacking of sleep may cause obesity. This fact may be correct indeed. No matter how, rest and sleep is for us to ensure that we have more strength to continue our future journey.....
